A jury—composed of her neighbors—found her guilty of multiple felonies and misdemeanors: attempts to influence public servants, impersonation, misconduct, and security breaches. She’s locked up for nine solid years, right where she belongs. 

Judge Barrett called her a charlatan with no remorse—"you're not a hero,” the judge said. “You’d do it again if you could.” He warned she peddles snake oil and endangers the electoral process. 

Her own prosecutor—a Republican—said she cost Mesa County over a million dollars just to fix her mess.

She’s appealing. She’s asking for a bond, saying her First Amendment is being stomped. The state says, "Wrong court, buddy." 

And what’s Orange Emperor Tuppence Alzheimer up to? He’s posting on Truth Social—ALL CAPS, naturally—“FREE TINA PETERS, BRAVE AND INNOCENT PATRIOT… old and very sick… harsh measures if you don’t let her go.”

 He’s threatening Colorado. Doesn’t own the pardon switch—she’s a state convict—but says DHS or DOJ might lean on the court or hold back federal funds. 

You know what this is, right? A naked display of fascism.Answerable only by how badly you can lie to the public. Free the snake-oil merchant, or else? That’s dictatorship move #37.

Let’s talk bigger picture: this isn’t just about Tina. This is pattern recognition:

• Rigging maps so voters can’t vote.
• Banning machines so delays ruin trust.
• Attacking mail-in ballots so the working class loses a voice.
• Threatening states with “harsh measures.”
• Praising criminals who break the system as patriots.

This is a blueprint for a police state disguised as a political movement.

So if you won’t look at the canvas—the staging, the echo-chamber, the fear—fine. But you will hear the shotguns being reloaded behind the curtain.

What Trump is saying loud and clear: Democracy is the enemy. Every voting official not loyal to him is a criminal. The system must be broken so he can reclaim it.
